SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY

Delivery is available to Slovenia, Croatia, Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, and other selected EU countries.

Delivery costs, available delivery methods, and estimated delivery times are shown in the cart or at checkout, depending on the delivery country, product type, product weight, product size, and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

Slovenia: 3–14 working days
Croatia and Austria: 10–14 working days
Germany, Luxembourg, and other EU countries: 5–14 working days
Other countries, where delivery is available: 7–20 working days

Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing time, carrier schedules, destination country, and the size or weight of the goods.

If a different delivery time applies to a specific product or order, we will inform the customer by email or phone.

If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits the customer’s statutory rights in the event of delayed or failed delivery.

For large or bulky goods, delivery may require prior coordination with the customer and/or the carrier. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for the carrier.

Self-collection is available by prior arrangement only from our warehouse:
