All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment methods available at checkout may include payment by card, bank transfer/proforma invoice, cash on delivery, or other payment methods offered in the online store.
Cash on delivery is available only for deliveries within Slovenia and only for orders up to 1,000 EUR, where this option is expressly offered at checkout or agreed in writing.
For orders above 1,000 EUR, payment by bank transfer/proforma invoice or another advance payment method may be required before the order is confirmed or dispatched.
Cash on delivery is not available for deliveries outside Slovenia, including Croatia and Austria.
SECTION 8 - DELIVERY
Delivery costs, delivery methods and estimated delivery times are displayed in the online store or communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing time, carrier schedules, destination country and the size or weight of the goods.
If a different delivery time applies to a specific product or order, we will inform the customer by email or phone.
If a delivery delay occurs, we will inform the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section limits the customer’s statutory rights in the event of delayed or failed delivery.
For large or bulky goods, delivery may require prior coordination with the customer and/or the carrier. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for the carrier.
